Woolas Barn is found on a family-run working farm in Appleton Roebuck, south-west of York. The barn has been fully converted into a wedding venue, and is made up of the Stables, the Courtyard, the Granary and the Lambing Shed.

Please let us know if you have any questions, but hopefully you can find most of the answers below.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
There isn't a specific dress code - as long as you're smart and comfy! There will be flip flops to change into in the evening if your feet get sore!
Which part of the Wedding am I invited to?
Hopefully the wording on your invitation is clear, but if you have received a physical card then you are invited to the ceremony and wedding breakfast. If you have have received your invitation via email/WhatsApp, then we'd love for you to join us for the evening party!
What time do I need to arrive?
If you attending the ceremony, please arrive by 11:30am. If you are attending the evening party, please arrive from 6:00pm.
Can I bring a plus 1?
We are trying to manage the numbers as much as possible, so no Plus 1s please unless specifically invited - sorry!
Will there be food in the evening?
Yes, there will be food served during the evening party.
What about drink?
We will be putting on a drinks reception for our ceremony guests, and there will be a paid bar serving a selection of drinks throughout the wedding.
Can I take pictures?
We would like the ceremony to be phone-free so ask that you refrain from taking any pictures. After the ceremony we would love you to take as many pictures and photos as you'd like, but please try to avoid getting in the official photographer's way.
Is the Wedding inside or outside?
The ceremony and wedding breakfast will both take place inside, but we are hoping the weather is nice enough that we can spend as much time outside as possible!
Is the venue wheelchair friendly?
There is wheelchair access to the ground floor of the venue, which is where all of the important events will be taking place. However, please note that there is a gravel courtyard in front of the venue.
Will there be confetti?
Yes - confetti will be provided.
What time will the Evening Party end?
The venue must be vacated by midnight.
What do I do if I have dietary requirements?
There will be an option to input any dietary requirements when you RSVP.
Is there a gifts registry?
There won't be a registry, but if you'd like to give a gift we would be extremely grateful for any contributions towards our honeymoon fund!
